Gabrielle Union is making 40 look incredibly fabulous. She doesn't turn the big 4-0 till next week (October 29th), but she kicked off the celebration early last night as she hit the NYC streets with friends.

The "Being Mary Jane" actress hit up her rooftop "birthday toast" party at the Dream Downtown Hotel, and rocked a black jumpsuit from "5th and Mercer," a new line from her bestie LaLa Anthony and stylist Jason Bolden.
