DaBaby Confirms He Has Another Baby On The Way After His Kids' Mom MeMe BLASTS Him On Social Media, BUT He Claims He Did NOT Cheat

DaBaby had baby mama drama on social media yesterday, so he’s now clearing the air. Yes, he has another baby on the way, but he did not cheat on his daughter’s mom, MeMe, like she claimed when she blasted his business all over the Internet. More inside….

 

Last month, DaBaby was dealing with a robbery charge. This month, he has baby mama drama.

Yesterday, the Charlotte rapper’s daughter’s mom, MeMe, hopped on social media to blast him for “cheating” on her and getting another woman pregnant. She shared a text exchange which showed him trying to meet up with the woman amid her telling him she doesn’t feel good.

Before she posted the texts, she was on IG Stories posting videos of herself telling DaBaby (who was in her presence) that she was about to share with his followers what type of man he really is. She complained the “Suge” rapper likes to “police” her, however, she didn’t elaborate on what she meant by that. DaBaby and Meme have a two-year-old daughter together and MeMe has a son from a previous relationship.

MeMe then hopped on IG Stories with a series of messages where she seemingly called the “BOP” rapper unfaithful and sai she has been asking God to show her the people who aren’t for her and he did that. She said another child “was the least” of her “worries,” however a “convicted soul” is.

DaBaby went on his IG Stories with a cryptic message about no matter how much you give a person, it still isn’t enough.

The "Vibez" rapper (real name Jonathan Kirk) then made a video - well a few - to address all of the drama. He admitted he has another baby on the way, but when the baby was conceived, he claims he and MeMe were NOT together.

“When my new-coming blessing was conceived, me and shawty [MeMe] was not together, shawty was not with me, living with me, was not f*cking with me in any way, shape, or form,” he said on Instagram Stories.

Also, he said he didn't share the news of another baby coming because he wanted to protect his other children.

MeMe later posted something about how "a 'man' would never try to disable a woman."  Sounds like she's possibly accusing him of manipulating her into keepig the new baby quiet, and she wasn't having it anymore.

Crazy thing is, it was all good a little over a week ago when the couple attended Super Bowl LIV together.

 

 

MeMe was also captured on video rubbing DaBaby's feet while they were on a private jet just days prior:

NYC was treated to some #BlackLove feels thanks to the cast of the upcoming romantic drama, The Photograph. More inside…

The Photograph will be taking over the box officer THIS Friday to celebrate #BlackLove and Valentine's Day. But, before the masses get all up into this melanin love story (that you NEED to see), the cast has been busy on the promo trial before its arrival.

Lead star Issa Rae made her way to the red carpet for The Photograph’s world premiere held at the SVA Theatre in NYC. Our TV/movie fave shined in a yellow one-shoulder gown and noticed she chaged up her 'do a bit, opting for sleek tresses over her usual curls that we also love.

On the carpet, she told reporters that she hopes the movie continues the conversation about #BlackLove and that it will inspire other filmmakers to tell their versions of #BlackLove.

Issa's on-screen love interest LaKeith Stanfield was also on the scene and looked real snack-ish.

The Photograph stars Y'lan Noel - who also stars on "Insecure" with Issa - and Chante Adams were all smiles on the carpet. The Roxanne Roxanne starlet looked BOMB in an emerald green high-slit ALDUK dress, styled by Jennifer Austin.

The Photograph star Lil Rel Howery and Miss America Nia Franklin - who dazzeled in JOVANI - also hit the carpet for a photo-op.

And how cute is she?! Photograph star Dakota Paradise worked the red carpet like a pro even though it was her first time!

 

Adorbs!

Before she went blonde, singer Justine Skye rocked this chocolate Daily Paper 'fit to the premiere.

After hosting an intimate dinner with several celeb couples in Atlanta, The Photograph producer Will Packer and his wife Heather Packer made their way to the world premiere.

Grammy Award winning pianist/record producer/composer Robert Glasper - who scored The Photograph - also made his way on the scene.

Following the screening, the cast along with guests attended the afterparty at the Top of the Standard:

LeBron James’ 'I Promise' School Students Surprised With FREE Tuition At Kent State University – Their Reactions Are PRICELESS!

Here’s the best news you’ll read about all week. LeBron James’ inaugural ‘I Promise’ class have been gifted FREE tuition for four years at Kent State University along with other bomb incentives. Catch the feels inside…

LeBron James will be known for more than being one of the greatest NBA players of all times. His philanthropic works are stellar and continue to give back to underprivileged students in his hometown of Akron.

In July 2018, the Los Angeles Lakers player's “I Promise” School was opened in his hometown of Akron. The superstar athlete teamed up with The LeBron James Family Foundation and Akron Public Schools to create a school focused on STEM, hands-on, problem-based learning. And it's a public school, not a charter school, so it's free for students.

Now, the inaugural class has been laced with some gifts to further their education. And it’s SO good, it may bring you to tears.

”I Promise” students traveled to Kent State University for a field trip and ended up receiving the hugest surprise ever. The university surprised the students with FREE tuition for fours years! And that’s not all. The students will also received a FREE year of room and board!

“When you show up to @KentState for your 11th grade experience outing, but find out you’re also getting FREE tuition for 4 years AND a year of free room & board‼️” the LeBron James Family Foundation tweeted along with a video showing the reactions of the students the moment they learned the great news.

Their reactions were priceless. In the clip, the students are seated inside an auditorium at Kent State University and they are told to grab an envelope under their seats. That's when they were told about being gifted free tuition, room & board. Tears started flowing from the kids' faces and even their parents who were watching on a live feed in a separate room.

“You are Mr. LeBron James’ first class. His first love. It all started because of you,” Melody Tankersley - the interim senior vice president at Kent State - told the students in the video.

Kent State University said the opportunity came about following their partnership with the The LeBron James Family Foundation. "I Promise" students attend summer enrichment college prep programs at Kent. The oldest class of "I Promise" are currently juniors and will be eligible to attend college at Kent State in the 2021-2022 academic year. There are 193 students in the inaugural class.

 

 

“We are so pleased to take our partnership with the LeBron James Family Foundation to this next level and welcome these students fully into the Kent State family. Kent State looks forward to the time when our campus is teeming with I PROMISE students,” Kent State President Todd Diacon said in a press release.

To receive the free tuition, the students must be admitted to the school, fill out the required financial aid forms and complete a requisite number of community service hours each semester. To remain eligible for the free tuition each year, the students must remain in good academic standing (yes, they have to put in the work), must complete a minimum number of credit hours annually and must take part in a required number of community service or volunteer hours.

 

 

Loves it! Congrats to the "I Promise" students!

The four-time NBA MVP and his LeBron James Family Foundation are making sure their are covered in all aspects, not just academically.

The "I Promise" School provides GED classes and job placement assistance for parents and guardians of students who attend the school. The school also provides a food pantry for the parents of students. This isn't the first time LeBron has helped parents to get their GEDs. Before launching his school, his foundation helped parents in Akron to finally nab their GED certificate throughout the years.

The school also provides free breakfast, lunch and snacks before they go home for the day, free uniforms and free transportation. The students also have access to a fitness trainer. When he opened the school, the Lakers baller gave every incoming student a bicycle since he used to ride his bicycle to explore different neighborhoods of Akron.

In an interview with CNN's Don Lemon, LeBron said he wanted to create a family atmosphere for the students. The school's hours are 9am to 5pm with an extended school year that runs from July through May. LeBron said they extended the school hours and the school year to keep the kids away from all of the drug/gang drama that's going on in their neighborhoods.

Gotta love it!

Snoop Dogg’s Mom Got Him Together & Now He’s Apologizing To Gayle King For His Disrespectful Comments

Rapper Snoop Dogg had a conversation with his mother following controversial comments (that some said went too far) he made about Gayle King in regards to her interview with former WNBA player Lisa Leslie about NBA icon Kobe Bryant. Mama Snoop Dogg had to remind the west coast rapper two wrongs don’t make a right and their conversation encouraged Snoop to offer up a public apology for his disrespectful comments. “

“Had a talk with my momma thank u mamma,” he captioned his video. “2 wrongs don’t make it right time to heal @gayleking Peace n love Praying for u and your family as well as Vanessa and the kids.”

“Two wrongs don’t make no right, he continued. “When you’re wrong, you gotta fix it. Gayle King, I publicly tore you down by coming at you in a derogatory manner based off of emotions…me being angry at questions that you asked.”

You’ll recall, Snoop went on social media tirade against the “CBS This Morning” co-anchor for questions she asked Lisa Leslie about Kobe Bryant’s legacy. In the interview, Gayle brought up rape allegations made against Kobe and asked Lisa if she felt the accusations “complicates” his legacy.

“Gayle King, out of pocket for that sh*t, way out of pocket,” he said. Then, he called her a “funky, dog-head b*tch” before issuing a warning that said, “Respect the family and back off, b*tch, before we come get you.”

Gayle's bestie Oprah said Gayle wasn't doing good after the backlash and was receiving death threats. The rapper-turned-TV host admitted he overacted and could have handled the situation better.

“Should have handled it way different than that. I was raised way better than that. So I would like to apologize to you publicly for the language that I used and calling you out of your name and just being disrespectful.”

The “Drop It Like It’s Hot” rapper said he didn’t mean to come off so harshly and that he was expressing his anger to defend a friend who’s no longer here to defend himself.

Snoop even said he's open to having a private conversation with Gayle to officially bury the hatchet.

“I apologize. Hopefully we can sit down and talk privately. Have a good day," he concluded.

"Snoop, thank you so much for doing this. Knowing the way you move, I knew what you said was out of character and coming from a place of hurt. None of us are perfect, but it’s helpful if we find a way to correct or dialogue with each other without it resorting to something that potentially causes harm. I fully expect there will be people who will say you have nothing to apologize for, but those people don’t understand the level of vitriol directed at black women social media. I knew you wouldn’t want any part of that," sports journalist Jemele Hill wrote.

 

Before his public apology, he posted a video after his original video about Gayle saying he never wanted harm to come to Gayle and that he was raised better than that. 

 

"What do I look like, wanting some harm to come to a 70-year-old woman?," he said in the clip above. "I was raised way better than that. I don’t want no harm to come to her, and I didn’t threaten her. All I did was say, 'Check it out. You out of pocket for what you doing, and we watching you. Have a little bit more respect for Vanessa, her babies and Kobe Bryant’s legacy.'"

Mama Wilson sat down with Dell& Sonya Curry – parents to NBA superstar Steph Curry – for an interview on the “Raising Fame: Sports Edition” podcast about raising an all-star athlete. She shared what she told the Seattle Seahawks quarterback when he revealed he was dating singer Ciara.

The “Level Up” singer was already a mom to now 5-year-old Future Zahir Wilburn, whom she shares with her ex-Future. And Russell didn’t have any children at the time.

When the Super Bowl champ first told his mom who he was dating, she said she didn’t really know much about the woman who ended up becoming her daughter-in-law.

"When he first told me about her, he sent me this picture, and I'm like, 'She looks familiar,'" she said. "I didn't really follow Ciara, but I had seen a documentary ... or read an article about her," she continued. "And I'm going to be honest with you. I did say something about -- I'm a mom I love my kid. And I'm like, 'Doesn't she have a kid?' So he and I had conversations about that."

Mama Wilson dropped some non-judgmental gems on her son that he executed and totally won over Ciara’s heart.

"I look at my own situation and how I was born, and so I can't judge anybody," she explained. "So I said to him, 'OK, if you're really serious about it then you have to love that kid as if it were your own, even if that means that you give that kid your name.'"

Nothing Russ couldn’t handle because he “loves everything” about her.

"If you're going to be with someone who has a kid you can't treat that kid any differently than if it were yours," she continued.

To say the least, Russell has done that and MORE, especially considering who Future Zahir’s biological father is. The NFL QB is a pro at all the daddy duties, like taking little Future to his sports events, he takes him along with him to work events, they love going to the amusement park and every time we see them in photos they give off the perfect father-son relationship vibes.

 

Ciara did an interview with Jada Pinkett Smith for her Facebook Watch series, “Red Table Talk,” where she gushed about how Russell didn’t miss a beat when it came to welcoming Future Zahir into his heart and life.

"He jumped right in," the "America's Most Musical Family" judge said. "He was changing diapers. He was so proud of Future's first steps. When I go to teacher-parent conferences he's at every one of them with me, and I make sure I schedule so he can be there because those details matter to him. It's honestly one of the most sexiest things about him to me. Because the way he loves my son and also the way he loves our kids."

After tying the knot in 2016, CiCi and Russ welcomed their daughter Sienna Wilson, who is 2-years-old now, a year later. The Wilsons are gearing up to expand their family where they will welcome their third child pretty soon. Yesterday, Nicki Minaj and her husband Kenneth Petty made their way to the front row of Marc Jacobs Fall 2020 runway show during New York Fashion Week.

The “Yikes” rapper modeled a floral Marc Jacobs dress with multi-tiered sleeves from the designer’s Spring 2020 collection that retails online for $9,500. She paired the dress with camel-colored boots. Color coordinating their 'fits, Mr. Petty rocked a tan-and-gray hoodie, tan trousers and a fresh pair of Timberland boots.

Vanessa Bryant Renames Kobe Bryant’s Mamba Sports Foundation To Honor Gianna + Staples Center Memorial Plans To Be Revealed Today

Kobe Bryant’s Mama Sports Foundation just got a name change.

Kobe’s wife, Vanessa Bryant, announced via Instagram that the Mamba Sports Foundation will now be known as the Mamba & Mambacita Sports Foundation in honor of the NBA icon and his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna Bryant. Vanessa shared the new logo, and also reminded folks their mission is still the same.

“Because there is no #24 without #2,” Vanessa wrote in reference to Kobe’s basketball jersey number and Gianna’s basketball jersey number. “We have updated the Mamba Sports Foundation to now be called the Mamba & Mambacita Sports Foundation. Our mission remains the same – and stronger than ever – to provide opportunities to young people through sports.”

According to the foundation’s website, they provide underserved communities with sports programs that enrich their “socio-emotional and physical development.” Not only that, the foundation provides funding for athletes to join school or league teams, as well as sports programs that offer equal opportunities for young women. Nice! Mrs. Bryant thanked everyone for the outpouring of love and support during this tragic time.

The five-time NBA champion and his daughter were laid to rest last Friday (Feb. 7th) during a private ceremony. They were buried at the Pacific View Memorial Park in Corona del Mar near the family’s Newport Beach home.

Kobe, his daughter Gianna, and seven others were killed in a helicopter crash on January 26th in Calabasas. The cause of death for all nine victims was determined to be blunt force trauma. The manner of death was certified as accident, according to the medical examiner's office.

Gianna's teammate Alyssa Altobelli and her parents John (Orange Coast College baseball coach) and Keri Altobelli were honored during a memorial on Monday at the Angel Stadium in Anaheim

On February 24th, Kobe, his daughter and the seven other victims will be honored in a public memorial at the Staples Center where Kobe spent most of his career with the Los Angeles Lakers. Official details about the memorial are expected to be released today. Some details from sources have leaked to TMZ:

Sources familiar with the planning tell us event organizers are working closely with Kobe's family to finalize who will speak at the service, and which singers and entertainers will take part.

We're told tickets will be available to the general public, although there will be a number of invited guests who get tickets first, including family, friends, players, NBA officials and, we're told, season ticket holders.

We're told the seats that remain will be sold to the public at a price that reflects the memories of Kobe and Gigi. We're told one of the options being discussed was to sell the upper bowl seats at $24.02 -- 24 representing Kobe's number and 2 representing Gigi's. The net proceeds will go to a charity selected by the family. Whatever the price ends up being, our sources say it will reflect and honor Kobe and Gigi.

The NBA has announcedJennifer Hudson will perform a special tribute to Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna and the seven other victims during All-Star Weekend in Chicago. The tribute is set to go down right before Sunday night's player introduction. 

Several other entertainers have been tapped to perform during All-Star Weekend, including DJ Khaled, Quavo and Lil Wayne, who will join Chi-town native Chance the Rapper during Sunday night’s halftime show. Queen Latifah will be joined by Chicago youth to perform Stevie Wonder’s “Love’s in Need of Love Today” during Saturday’s events. Also, the Chicago Children’s Choir will sing “The Star-Spangled Banner” before the Rising Stars game on Friday night.

I’ve been reluctant to put my feelings into words. My brain refuses to accept that both Kobe and Gigi are gone. I can’t process both at the same time. It’s like I’m trying to process Kobe being gone but my body refuses to accept my Gigi will never come back to me. It feels wrong. Why should I be able to wake up another day when my baby girl isn’t being able to have that opportunity?! I’m so mad. She had so much life to live. Then I realize I need to be strong and be here for my 3 daughters. Mad I’m not with Kobe and Gigi but thankful I’m here with Natalia, Bianka and Capri. I know what I’m feeling is normal. It’s part of the grieving process. I just wanted to share in case there’s anyone out there that’s experienced a loss like this. God I wish they were here and this nightmare would be over. Praying for all of the victims of this horrible tragedy. Please continue to pray for all.

Vanessa posted a painfully heartbreaking Instagram post about how she's dealing with losing her husband and her daughter at the time.

May they all rest in peace.

Wendy Williams Delivers Tearful Apology After Firing Shots At Gay Men Who Wear Women’s Clothes

Wendy Williams is SORRY for comments she made on her show yesterday about gay men wearing women's clothing. See her tearful apology inside...

Often times, Wendy Williams gets herself involved in controversy for "saying it like she means it" with her strong opinions. And her latest comments about gay men wearing women’s clothing just got her hemmed up.

Yesterday, the daytime talk show host (above at the 2019 Pride event in NYC) was discussing Galentine’s Day – which is a “holiday” the day before Valentine’s Day for women to link up with their girlfriends and have fun. She asked the audience to clap if they were celebrating Galentine’s Day and a few men in the audience were clapping. When Wendy noticed it, she spoke on it, and her comments have pissed off the LGBTQ+ community especially.

"Well, first of all, if you're a man and you're clapping, you're not even a part of this," Williams said. "You don't even understand the rules of the day. It's women going out and getting saucy and then going back home. You're not a part."

"I don't care if you're gay," she continued. “You don’t get a mensi [menstruation] every 28 days. You can do a lot that we do, but I get offended by the idea that we go through something you will never go through.”

She didn't stop there.  She continued to get her point across.

“And stop wearing our skirts and our heels! Just saying, girls, what do we have for ourselves?,” she asked the audience as they erupted in laughter.

Today, Wendy posted a video to deliver a tearful apology for the comments she made on her show about gay men:

In the clip, she said she didn't realize how her comments came across until she re-watched the episode.

"I did not mean to offend my LGBTQ+ community on yesterday's show. One thing I can tell you right now is that I never do the show in a place of malice," she said.

She said she understands her platform with the community.

"I didn't mean to hurt anybody's feelings. I'm just having a conversation."

The 55-year-old host said she may have seemed like "somebody out of touch."

"I'm not out of touch except for perhaps yesterday for saying what I said. I deeply apologize and I deeply appreciate the support I get from the community. I will do better. I appreciate you supporting me. Thank you," she concluded.

Last month, Wendy offered an apology for comments she made about JOKER star Joaquin Phoenix's cleft lip. Looks like this will be the year of apologies for Wendy if she doesn't start being smarter with voicing her opinions. Also, Beyoncé is owed about 100 apologies, but whatevs.

Omarion Inks Deal With Zeus Network To Stream ‘The Millennium Tour Live Concert Featuring B2K,’ But Will His Bandmates Get Paid?

Omarion is after the bag after inking a deal with Zeus Network to stream “The Millennium Tour Live Concert Featuring B2K.” But, will his bandmates get some bread from it? Also, he recently opened up about his kids’ mom Apyrl Jones and bandmate Fizz’s (former?) relationship. Everything inside…

 

Omarion is all about his coin, honey.

The B2K frontman has reportedly partnered up with Zeus Network to release "The Millennium Tour Live Concert featuring B2K,” as well as other original and existing content for the network. Zeus is the same network that airs Blac Chyna& Joseline Hernandez's reality shows.

According to Variety, "The Millennium Tour Live Concert Featuring B2K" is the first of several existing projects from Omarion that will stream on the subscription-based video streaming service. After the group broke up in 2004, they reunited in 2019 for “The Millennium Tour” and it was hella successful. They guys raked in over $28 million!

“We are excited to work with Omarion to bring original content, music and entertainment to Zeus,” said Lemuel Plummer, president and CEO of the SVOD network created by millennials for millennials. “Zeus is a pop-culture platform that continues to push the envelope to bring the best in entertainment to our audience. By working with creators like Omarion we are able to give our viewers relevant programming that keeps them coming back for more.”

So, if you didn’t get to see all the members of B2K perform on stage together, you’ll get a chance to check it out from your mobile device or television. Where you will NOT see all members perform together is during the upcoming “Millennium Tour 2020" because O didn't include his bandmates in this one. Bloop.
 

 

So, we’re wondering – since Omarion made the deal with Zeus to release the concert with all four members, do the rest of B2K get a piece of the pie or nah? Makes you wonder…

In honor of Black History Month, OneUnited Bank – the nation’s largest Black-owned and FDIC insured bank - decided to release a new Visa Debit card to celebrate. The chose a painting of famed abolitionist Harriet Tubman to go on the new limited-edition Visa Debit cards, but it’s not an image of how we’ve seen her over the years. They had someone paint an image of our fearless leader throwing up the “Wakanda Forever” sign. Y’all!

According to ABC News, the life-sized statues were dedicated during a special joint session of the Maryland General Assembly in the Old House Chamber, the room where slavery was abolished in the state in 1864.

Rapper Ace Hood is officially off the market.

A week ago today, the Florida rapper (real name Antoine McColister) tied the knot to his longtime love, Shelah Marie, at the Mondrian South Beach Hotel in Miami. And it was beautiful:

 

 

 

 

The ”Bugatti” rapped kept it dapper in a burgundy suit trimmed in black and he styled his locs in a high bun. Meanwhile, his bride wore a gorgeous custom one-shoulder Pantora Bridal gown with a veil. Celebs and athletes jetted to Chicago to party it up for the 2020 NBA All-Star Game festivities.

Last night, Jennifer Hudson was tapped to kick off the 2020 NBA Att-Star Game at the Chicago’s United Center with a special tribute to NBA icon Kobe Bryant, his 13-year-old daughter Gianna Bryant and the seven other victims - John Altobelli, Keri Altobelli, Alyssa Altobelli, Sarah Chester, Payton Chester, Ara Zobayan, and Christina Mause – who lost their lives in a tragic helicopter crash on January 26th.

The Oscar/Grammy Award winner flexed her vocals for a rendition of Donny Hathaway’s classic hit “For All We Know (We May Meet Again)” as pictures of Kobe and Gianna were displayed behind her.

Before JHud hit the stage, she was introduced by NBA legend Magic Johnson, who also paid tribute to Kobe:

“We will never see another basketball player quite like Kobe,” Magic Johnson said before the game. “He was passionate about being a great father, husband, filmmaker.”

In honor of Kobe Bryant, the All-Star Game was reworked to honor the fallen NBA player. MSN reports:

Instead of the usual time limit, when scores are tallied up in the fourth quarter, a target score will be set, which each team has to reach in order to win. In a nod to the number Bryant wore for the latter half of his career with the Los Angeles Lakers, 24 points will be added to the winning score in order to determine the target.

The two teams this year are led by captains LeBron James of the Lakers and Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks.

Both teams will also be wearing jerseys that commemorate Bryant and his 13-year-old daughter. All members of Team LeBron will wear No. 2 on their jerseys, in memory of Gianna, who played with the number as a member of the Mamba Sports Academy. Meanwhile, Team Giannis players will wear No. 24.

To pay tribute to the other victims, both teams will wear patches with nine stars to represent all who were lost in the crash, including John Altobelli, Keri Altobelli, Alyssa Altobelli, Sarah Chester, Payton Chester, Christina Mauser and pilot Ara Zobayan.

Over the weekend, Dru Hill singer Sisqo and rapper/actor 50 Cent went viral after the singer shared a photo-op of them on his Instagram account. And we can already see the hilarious memes that will come of it.

”@50cent I’m available for ”Power” spin-off or the theme song,” Sisqo captioned the pic.

Are they new homies? Possibly. New project? That’s possible too. Fif has FOUR “Power” spin-offs coming down the pipeline, so we could see Sisqo lending his vocals for a theme song. It’s possible they could be hitting the studio to work on a new collaboration track. Who knows. What we do know is these two were hanging out together and the proof made its way to the Internet, so something is up. We’ll keep you posted when whatever they have cooking up gets released.

Ne-Yo confirms he and his wife Crystal Smith have called it quits! More inside....

Ne-Yo and Crystal Smith are officially over.

Over the last few weeks, there has been speculation that the R&B crooner and his wife Crystal Smith have called it quits after almost four years of marriage. The couple tied the knot on February 20, 2016 in a ceremony overlooking the ocean in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif.

Everything seemed to be all good on New Year's Eve as they posted several lovey dovey videos together ringing in the new year. Now, they’re dunzo.

The Grammy Award winner confirmed the breakup news during an interview on the “Private Talk With Alexis Texas” podcast hosted by porn star Alexis Texas.

“It’s slowly but surely becoming public knowledge that myself and my wife have decided to go ahead and get a divorce,” he said on the episode released over the weekend, adding he will not trash talk her in the media following their uncoupling.

“There’s nothing bad to say about her,” he continued. “She’s a fantastic woman. She’s the mother of my children and she’s always gonna be that and I will always respect her.”

The "Sexy Love" singer then opened up about how their “demons don’t mesh” and how that played a huge role in their breakup.

“We realize that our demons don’t mesh and until both of us get a hold of our personal demons, it’s gonna be just difficult for us to stay married,” he added. “With that being said, that’s the end of that chapter, not the end of the book. Like I said, that’s the mother of my kids and I love her to death. We’re going to be family forever.”

The legendary Angela Bassett is getting a wax figure by Madame Tussauds and she takes us behind the scenes. We’re praying it’s not another fail. More inside….

 

It’s about time!

The iconic Angela Bassett will be getting the wax figure treatment at Madame Tussauds Hollywood. And we’ve got a behind-the-scenes look.

The 61-year-old actress – known for her roles in films like What’s Love Got To Do With It& Waiting To Exhale– hopped on Instagram to tip her fans off that she was about to do something she “never dreamed" would have happened to her.

 

 

 

Then, the fun kicked off:

 

 

The "9-1-1" actress wanted to be sure she captured the behind-the-scenes moments to share with her fans, so she first put up a video of her hand casting.

Then, she got uber glammed up in a sparkly red sequin pantsuit and several up several model worthy poses:

"Black Ink Crew: Chicago" star Ryan Henry is seemingly responding to an interview his sister Nova Henry's kids' father Eddy Curry did where she was labeled his "mistress." Find out Ryan posted and what Eddy said in the interview inside...

 

 

Ryan Henry has been very vocal about his sister Nova Henry’s death throughout his career on VH1’s hit show, “Black Ink Crew: Chicago.” In January 2009, his 24-year-old sister Nova and his 10-month-old niece, Ava Curry, were found fatally shot inside their South Loop town house in Chicago. Nova’s three-year-old son, Noah Curry was found in the town house unharmed. She was the mother of two of former NBA player Eddy Curry's children, who was married at the time.

Chicago attorney Frederick Goings was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison. Nova & Frederick began a romantic relationship after Nova hired him to help her with receiving child support from Eddy.

Former/married NBA star Eddy Curry had remained mum about the murder of his daughter and his daughter’s mother...up until now.

The 37-year-old (who played in the NBA from 2001 - 2012) recently opened up about the incident in a piece he wrote for The Player’s Tribune. He shared how he found about Nova and Ava's murders in the middle of a game and shared the feelings he felt inside when he learned he would have to come clean to his wife, Patrice Curry, who didn’t know anything about Nova, nor did she know he fathered two children with her.

“A lot of people don’t know about Nova,” he wrote. “I saw her on and off for a few years while I was with the Knicks. We had two kids together. On the day Nova was murdered — shot down in cold blood back home in Chicago — one of the many people who didn’t know about her was my wife, Patrice.” “Patrice also didn’t know about the children I’d had with Nova — my 10-month-old daughter, Ava, and her three-year-old brother, Noah,” he added. “I kept it a secret. All of it. For years.” He later found out that Nova’s attorney Grederick Goings was the killer and that his 3-year-old son, Noah, witnessed his mother and sister being murdered.

“I found out that my son Noah was right there when his mother and sister were shot. But he was so little that he didn’t really understand what had happened,” he wrote. “He’d tried to wake up his mom after the shooting, so when the officers went in and found him there, he had blood all over him. He actually laid down next to her and had fallen asleep. Noah hadn’t been able to wake up his mom or his sister, and probably thought they were sleeping, so he went to sleep, too.”

 

 

Eddy then talked about how his (second) wife, Patrice Curry, reacted to the news.

“She was basically exactly like what you’d think a good woman would be like when she’s just found out that her husband has been lying to her for years,” he said. “And, I mean, I don’t blame her — I had been a terrible husband for a long time by that point.”

He called his wife Patrice a “hero” and the "best person" he's even known for accepting him after all the lies and deceit.

“If there’s a hero character in the crazy story of my life, that hero is most definitely Patrice,” he said. “In the 15 years we’ve been married, she’s been through what amounts to about 15 lifetimes’ worth of drama — infidelity, unspeakable tragedy, multiple lawsuits, home foreclosures, several dozen financial scams, and on and on. She could’ve left me thousands of times. And I really couldn’t have faulted her. But you know what? She’s still right here. She never turned her back on me.”

“Patrice actually ended up coming back to Chicago with me when I went to the funeral home to pay my respects to the woman I was cheating on her with and the little girl she didn’t know her husband had fathered. I can’t even imagine how hard that must have been,” he added. “And right now, as I write this thing out, she’s in the other room helping our kids with their homework. She is the best person I’ve ever known.”

So sis had to endure all of this heartache to receive unconditional love from her husband? Sheesh.

Days after the release of the interview, Nova’s brother, Ryan Henry (above, alongside his 14-year-old nephew Noah Curry), hopped on social media to pay tribute to his sister, who is much more than a mistress – which she was dubbed in the media – to him.

 

 

”The noisy outside world’s misinformed disrespect does not overshadow what BEAUTY IS.... and how much you Use YOU and myself to help other WOMEN in all kinds of situations... be peaceful #NOVA,” he captioned pictures of his sister.

Folks on social media have been going back and forth about Nova being labeled a “mistress.” Some argue since she started a relationship with Eddy BEFORE he got married twice that she’s not a mistress. They’ve also said since she allegedly didn’t know he was married, that’s another reason why she’s not considered a mistress.

While Nova and Eddy did start dating while they were in high school, she learned about BOTH of his marriages via the news. In TV One’s “Fatal Attraction,” Nova’s mother and her friend confirm Nova learned about his marriages through the headlines.

So tragic. Mistress or not, this woman and her child didn't deserve to die and the POS that took their lives will live the rest of his life in prison.

ARE THEY BROKEN UP?! 'I'm Single Luv' - Kehlani Drops Track About A Lying, Cheating Man After YG Collabo Drops On Valentine’s Day

From breakups to makeups to breakups? Have Kehlani and YG called quits again? It seems that way. More inside….

Kehlani and YG (above on January 27th at Justin Bieber's documentary LA premiere) have been dating less than a year and they’ve already broken up once. It seems they may have called it quits again.

On Valentine’s Day, the 24-year-old singer and the 29-year-old rapper released a track titled “Konclusions,” a track that celebrates their relationship, which marks their first collaboration together.

The Hip Hop couple released a track for the lovers on Valentine's Day, but something happened.

We’re not sure what happened between Valentine’s Day and now, but whatever happened has resulted in Kehlani making claims these she’s now single:

The “Good Thing” singer commented to a Twitter user who urged her to leave “toxic” YG, in which she responded, “I’m single luv.”

In a since deleted tweet, Kehlani also wrote, “Sh*t happens. Life really happens. U jus gotta stay pure and move with love and thank god you are one of the ones that do.”

The tweets come on the heels of her releasing her new track titled “Valentine’s Day (Shameful)" where she rips a lying, cheating ex-partner to shreds.

“I’d say your name but you don’t deserve recognition/You played the hero but you really are the villain/You called me crazy, but it was my intuition/Used me for status and the fame and recognition,” she sang.

Oh? Is she accusing YG of clout chasing?

“Wish I didn’t check your text when you was drunk asleep/I’ve seen everything I didn’t want to see/That I needed to see/That I needed it to be/Hope you live happily ever after with the b***h.”

Kehlani - who welcomed daughter Adeya Nomi Parrish (whom she shares with guitarist Javie Young-White) in March 2019 - told one Twitter user she loaded the song to her Soundcloud instantly after she completed it:

 

 

Damn. So, if the lyrics she penned in the song are true, it seems Kehlani caught the Compton rapper cheating…again.

 

 

You’ll recall, the couple made their relationship official when they showed up for their first public appearance at New York Fashion Week in September 2019. They split right before the holidays after Kehlani allegedly caught him cheating. Apparently, she took him back because everything was all good between them on Valentine’s Day. She hopped on IG Live to chat with her fans as she waited for her YG who had a surprise for her. Check it:

R.I.P.: 'Good Times' Star Ja'net Dubois Has Died

We have lost another one of our screen legends.  "Good Times" star Ja'net Dubois, who played the iconic, witty and beautiful best friend & neighbor Willona Woods, has died.  Full story inside.

In sad news, 74-year-old tv & movie star and singer Ja'Net Dubois has suddenly passed away.

TMZ reports that the family told them Ja'net "died unexpectedly in her sleep overnight at her home in Glendale, CA."  The site also reports there were no known health issues:

It's unclear who discovered her body Tuesday morning. We're told Ja'net hadn't complained of any specific ailments recently, and appeared to be in good health to those around her. She even attended a fan event in Hollywood a couple weeks ago.

Not only was Ja'Net most known for her role as Willona - who also was Janet Jackson's ("Penny") on screen adoptive mother on "Good Times" - but she also starred in "I'm Gonna Git You Sucka", "Tropic Thunder" and "Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle." She also was a Broadway star, acting in plays like "A Raisin In The Sun."

Her voice-over work on "The PJs" earned her two Emmy Awards in 1999 and 2001.

What many didn't realize is that Ja'Net also composed and sang "Movin' On Up," the theme song for another iconic 70's sitcom - "The Jeffersons".

Interesting fact: Only Ja'Net, BernNadette Stanis (Thelma Evans), Jimmy Walker (James "J.J." Evans) and Ralph Carter (Michael Evans) starred in all 133 episodes of the iconic 70's sitcom.

Our hearts and condolences go out to all of Ms. Dubois' loved ones, especially to her three children.
